After what can only be described as a complete shit-show at the office today, I felt the need to rock-out to something a little different. If this is the first Crystal CastlesCrystal Castles reviews
tune you have heard it may seem a little intense, but trust me it gets addicting really fast. Alice Practice can be found on the band’s first full-length self-titled album, released in March of 2008. The song was also the title track to the band’s 2006 debut EP. Hailing from Toronto, the Canadian electronic band represents the amazingly eclectic range of music coming out of Canada right now.
hi
scars will heal soon
the dregs in us spent the earth down
better than drowning in a burlap sack
i live. as alice. i die.
children shouldn’t play with dead things
foaming crows
tear at their wings
sad eyes cry crimson blood
drop it its dead
wheels won’t turn they won’t turn the birdy’s head
sad eyes sad eyes like sharpened daggers
you’ll never walk only stagger
sad eyes quite cryptic
bye
