I Was Stabbed by Satan can be found on K’naan’s first PolarisPolaris reviews-nominated album The Dusty Foot Philosopher, released in the summer of 2005; his second Polaris-nominated release came this year via his sophomore effort TroubadourTroubadour reviews.  On top of the nomination for best Canadian independent album, The Dusty Foot Philosopher would take home the JunoJuno reviews award for Rap Recording of the Year in 2006.  In more recent news, the Somalian-born Canadian, who has been compared to a spectrum of artists from Bob MarleyBob Marley reviews to EminemEminem reviews, will be representing Canada with 2 performances at the upcoming Olympic games.  For more from K’naan, we’ve also posted the following songs:
