Song Review
I’ve got another tune for everyone this morning, coming from the Scottish indie-rock band The View. Wasted Little DJs is the band’s debut single from the band’s debut album Hats Off to the Buskers, released in January of 2007. Hats Off to the Buskers was nominated for the Mercury Prize, an award marking the best album in the UK or Ireland, and entered the UK Albums Chart in the #1 position. The album would also peak at #3 on the Irish Albums Chart. The song itself also experienced tremendous success and would go on to win the NME Award for Best Track in 2007.
They told me if I write this song for them.
