Winter Gloves – Let Me Drive

I was digging through my inbox today when I came across an unread email from Paper Bag Records.  This immediately piqued my interest as Paper Bag Records are behind a number of my favorite Canadian indie albums.  The label released Broken Social SceneBroken Social Scene reviews’s JunoJuno reviews winning You Forgot It in PeopleYou Forgot It In People reviews, and the StarsLow Stars reviews Juno nominated Heart.  Inside the email I found the Montreal indie quartet Winter Gloves and their single Let Me Drive.  I was hooked by the track immediately, and absolutely floored by the accompanying music video.  Those are real flip-books.  I know there isn’t too much exciting about a great indie band coming out of Montreal, they seem to breed them there somehow, but give it a watch/listen and let me know what you think.
