I was digging through my inbox today when I came across an unread email from Paper Bag Records.  This immediately piqued my interest as Paper Bag Records are behind a number of my favorite Canadian indie albums.  The label released Broken Social Scene‘s Juno winning You Forgot It in People, and the Stars Juno nominated Heart.  Inside the email I found the Montreal indie quartet Winter Gloves and their single Let Me Drive.  I was hooked by the track immediately, and absolutely floored by the accompanying music video.  Those are real flip-books.  I know there isn’t too much exciting about a great indie band coming out of Montreal, they seem to breed them there somehow, but give it a watch/listen and let me know what you think.

But you did it over again
And I said

I can’t wait till you pick me up tonight
You know I should take the wheel and drive
And I said, I thought you were ultimately right
The streets are empty, come on just let me drive

And you sail me over the world
And you sail me over the world
I said, I think I’ll never be the same
But you did it over again
And I said
